Howie you have to do what is best for you. I stopped riding for a while but never got it out of my mind. Had a couple of scares from the Dr thinking I had a heart problem but I don't. To me I had rather go out riding my bike than die of cancer or something like that. But that is just me. BTW don't tell the wife I said that (mine or yours).

I kinda feel the same way Curt. But at the rate I'm going that may be sooner than later!

I am not sure which one you are asking about so I am going to assume you mean Champion:

They are in Garden Grove Ca.

Hope this helps,

Howie

G'day Howie. Hope you're mending well and feeling like you could hold a bull out to pee. What's the latest thinking on the trike / or not.

The Champion Trikes conversion looks pretty impressive.

Good to see your smiling pixels again, Howie. Hope you continue healing up. Pay attention to your physical therapy if you're going that route, stay disciplined with your stretches and exercises, if they've given you some. Hang tough. Good luck, whatever roads you happen to find yourself on.

Great to have you back, Howie. Like everyone says, listen to your body. No sense in pushing yourself.

This will be my next ride if it ever comes to that. If it's in your blood...

Well, I'm going with triking the R*.As you can see I have one of my own and love it. I get everybody commenting on it wherever I stop. Also you still get to ride your *. Champion has dealers all over the country. If you're a wrench then you can build it yourself and save on that cost.Even though I'm a little bias on the R* I still think it's one of the best looking trikes around.Champion put some really good lines on the kit. Good luck, Ken

G'day Ken, that's a neat looking trike mate. This thread has really got me thinking. I've now got an 07 Roadie sitting in the shed only being ridden occasionally as I've got the new Rocket III Touring, perhaps a trike conversion???

Hotelfox, I think there would be a lot of value in triking your Roadie.[not $ value, but personal value] besides instead of the "Big Red Thunder Chicken" You would be riding the "Big Red Thunder Hawk!!" Good luck, and get well!
