This spring I noticed that my bike had gotten louder since installing my pipes so I figured it was time to re-pack with steelwool/fiberglass.

Boy was I right. Right side had COMPLETELY burned away any trace of packing and the left was about half gone. The "note" of the sound hadn't changed, only the volume was different without the packing. I tried to re-pack with OC pink house insulation and that lasted for about 2 weeks. I ordered the re-pack kits from roadhouse and it brought everything almost back to where it had been when I first got them installed.

Roadstar_Rob: I'm looking to extend my driver boards out away from the bike. All of the extensions I've come across are for moving them forward. Anyone familiar with extension mod to set them out wider? Thanks, Rob
