Wrong Clutch and Throttle? 2 Years, 3 Months ago
Ive been waiting for these cables to come in and I fear they might be the wrong ones . The clutch is Barnett SS part# 102-30-10035 and the throttle is Barnett SS 102-30-30016. Both are +11, not sure if that matters...Ive tried searching the web to find out if these are correct but to no avail. They just don't seem right at all. Thanks for any insight.

Do you have apes? (11" over is pretty long) Who did you order from? and How did you order? Barons, No Pork, Phat Performance.... Clifford will all have the right cables if ordered for a R* from them.

Yeah i just popped 16's on the bike and got the cable's in from Clifford but they don't seem to look right to me. I know Clifford's a busy guy so i'm still waiting for a response back from him, but i've got everything wired up and ready to go so i'm stuck till i get the cables done and i'm ready to RIDE!! (fairly impatient)

The clutch has a o-ring type end instead of the little metal ball on the end. It also has a black accordion style sleeve about half way on the line. The throttle pull cable end close to the front brake master cylinder wont fit into the hole either.

Thats what i'm thinking. I've checked online a little more and I think they might be for a Harley. Man this bites!

I can't do much from home now. and I won't be able to do anything in the morning untill 11:00AM for me when it will be 8:00 AM in CA. If they have done something wrong we'll get them to fix it. If I have done something wrong I'll get it fixed, and I am sorry!
