I have the Cobra long shots on mine and I will tell you why I love em, they come with different baffles, you can put the broomstick stopper in and run almost straight pipes when you want to go deaf, you can put the stock baffles in to quiet it down a little or you can buy the quiet baffles and really tone it down to the point of actually hearing yourself think when you ride and you can change back and forth in minutes.

Not to mention they are the coolest looking pipes this side of Mars!!

Cobra's for all the same reasons Howie stated, esp baffle choice which is a huge benefit.

That baffle chice allows you to easily talor you exhaust sound lvl toyou chice /riding cond.

Arround town ,open pipesor short baffleto tone it down a bit,on the interstate for long haus the longer quiter baffle for comfort espif you have the boss/wife on the back.(LOL!!!!)

I bought my 06 used with roadburnes pipes that look a lot lke the cobra's but those pipes are very loud even with the baffles.

But roaadburner doesnt offer quietr baffles for the pipes on my bike so i hade to buy and midify kitchen sing drain screens to fit into the pipes to quite them domwn which did a decent job but lost some trq in doing that .

But i i had to do it because it wastoo loud for the wife and the pipes end /line up directly with here ears and was giving her a headache so i ahd to do something.

I am not in love with thses pipes so if i had to buy new ones it would def be Cobras with quite bafffles.

That way bike would look better with cobra's vs ock pipes and would still have a little more umph even with quiter baffles in the cobra's vs the stock hush puppy exhaust.

Also Cobra. I have the Power Pro HP 2into1. I'm pleased with the pipe, and love the sound. If you want a 2 into 1, this is a good choice, in my opinion. Cobra makes 2 pipes, the HP is straight, and the regular 2 into 1 has a megaphone end (like V&H) and points up slightly.

I have Cobra LS? on an 06 Silverado and I like the way they sound and look as well. I just purchased this bike used a couple of weeks ago so that is the reason for the ?. They look like Hotelfox's. Btw, the baffles are out of mine but I have them. How do you go about putting them back in? I would like to hear what it would sound like with them in. Thanks
