Darn, glad to hear it was jus fouledplugs from 2 quick starts with choke and such.

Thats a great Yamaha dealer you have there in town tha treats you riht, they are far & few.

BTW,per your suggestion i ordered the Ultimate pass seat for the wife which iinstalled this am,planning to go for ride this afternoon to test it out, hope she likes it.

The new Ultimate pass seat looks to be of high quality and feels substantially softer then the stock seat so it should work out ok.

I also did the sink strainer mod to the baffles in the long Road Burner pipes on my bike to quiet it down some for the wife . I also replaced the crappy new dunlop 404 i had on front giving me some serious handling/wobbles issues with a new bridgestone 703 that handles great, what a piece of junk that new dunlop 404 tire was,no more dunlops for me, ever!!!!.

So i am hoping for the wife taking her what is only 2nd ride for her on this new bike that it's a much beter experience for he with the larger/softer seat, little quiter exhaust, and smoother/sfater -more stable ride with new tire.

It's a whopping 50 deg here in NY so we will have to dress warm /BBRRR!!!/LOL!!!

Happy & safe motoring.

Scott
