Question for all you APES 2 Years, 4 Months ago  
Started the install of my Kong bars tonight running the wires internal,Do the wires going into the switch housings still go through the original holes on the sides?

I did away with all my wiring, but I would have to say yes the wires should go through the original hole. It seems you would pinch them otherwise.

Mine are routed inside the switch housing to the dimple and under the mirror clamp then into the hole in the bars.

I have holes in my baby apes on the bottom side of the bars where the wire are inside the control housings. On the 16"'s that I'm putting on now, I will probably do the same thing.

I rerouted some of the wires differntly inside the housing in an attempt to get them through the hole in the bars. This left the holes in the housing where the wires originally went empty. Doc suggested covering the holes with silver metal tape, which has worked out so far.
