Wide Windshield? 2 Years, 3 Months ago
Is anyone using the Wider windshields on their bikes? I am thinking about getting one. Hoping it will block more wind. What do yall think?

I had one of the wide yamaha windshields on mine and it did help. I now have one that is taller and the same width as the yamaha.

It should tell you if it's drilled for the roadstar. The one I have now is a non-oem and fits snug around the headlight. I can't remember where I bought it but if I can find the sales slip tomorrow I'll post it.

I'm running the wide Silverado windshield and did notice the difference. It's only 3' wider overall but does cut the wind better in my opinion. I needed a new shield anyway and found the wide one on E-bay cheap brand new Yami-OEM (Shield only).
