gunner49 that depends on who manufactured your pipes. If you know that then check their site on line and see what they offer. Or post that on here and someone can tell you,but we need to know the brand.
If you want to change pipes that's a whole nuther thing.

That looks great. How does it sound compared to just the holes?

That's the same way I did mine.

With slots vs holes you get less 'flutter'.

Sounds sweet, Just right for me and the wife. I started with the 4-1/2" holes, then went to 8 then cut everything out in between to what you see there.

The cone on the 2008 is just pressed in. After cutting the weld between the cone and the baffle, place a screwdriver at the bottom of the cone and smack it with a hammer.

The cone should break free.

Grab the cone with channel locks and yank it out

Walla

SOUND VIDEO HERE

I had previously done a stage 1 which is why the cone is already drilled out. It will aid in the removal by drilling out the cone as in a stage 1 mod because it allows the cone to flex when you pull it out.
