Re:Harley hard bag question 1 Year, 11 Months ago

I used the stock roadstar silverado bag mounts. I cut off the tabs that the bag bolts to on the bottom of the bag, and then got some 1/2 inch stock and fabricated the bottom brace for the harley bags and then welded the two together where they needed to be. I then fabricated the top mounts, got the clips and pins for the harley hard bags so that they are removable. A little bit of time and some elbow grease you can make it work. Or you can fab the whole thing.

Subject: starter problems
Papa Bear: with a new battery installed, i get all lights and electronics functioning when I push the starter button, but only a click. No starter rotation at all. Prognosis please? Papa Bear
