Re:Harley buy Out ??? 2 Years, 2 Months ago
I was talking with two of the mechanics at work the other day, both ride harleys. They took the opening shot about me getting a real bike, I fired back with a comment about their little short, underpowered scooters but then they got me....If the R* is so good how come you never see anyone wearing the T-shirt!!! At that point I surrendered and we all had a good laugh, now I got to get me one of those shirts for the next round.

They do actually make roadstar shirts I saw them at the dealership. I had some guy tell me he didn't hold it against me for riding a yamaha and I told him I didn't hold it against that he road a Harley. It turns out he was pretty cool but that comment pi$$ed me off.

I just dont see how their broke. with the over priced scoots they have. But it could be the higher brass and their salery. I read that the vp of valero refineing made 10.8 mil last year. thats a 64% increse over the year before. valero claims that 09 was a 0% profit year.
