Hello to all from a long time lurker. As bad as I want to, finances will not let me buy a road ready Roadstar. I'm looking at a wrecked 2000 Silverado. The guy hit a car at 45mph. It pretty much needs a whole front end. The down tubes are bent vere slighty without even chipping the paint that seems a easy fix. The forks, fender, clutch cable, one rotor, front wheel and tire, bars, tank, and front signal lights are all damaged. 16000 miles with air kit, jets, and pipes. It has sat in the weather for atleast two years and has slight rust starting on the chrome and has ruined the passenger pillion pad and back rest pad, the drivers seat has been stored inside with the bags. It would come with a lift too. Whats it worth? I'm handy with a wrench and can do everything myself, and willing to try the painting too. I figure road ready, the bike would be worth just over $4k in weathered condition. Could I realistically offer him $700, scrounge up parts, do the work myself, and come in around $3k? Thanks...Jeff

Well if you decide to buy it I have a complete front end I will sell
ya. Trees, tins, forks, one rotor. I don't have a front wheel and depending on another member as to the front fender.
