Well something like that I have the same bags but the bars I have are the plain ones without the guards that go around the bags. How the hell do the mount?

You can see that part in 4th pic curt. Yes they are two separate accessories. I went all out

On the bottom it's like a clamp around the frame, At the top a flat chrome bar bolts in the end of the loop and goes back and bolts into the eyebrow. (under it as I recall) I have the directions at the house Be there in AM (I am over some Hot chicks house now) I can Fax em to you if you like, or take a pic and send, or scan. I suspect you may be missing some parts. Use Ctrl + to zoom that pic.

I thought it looked like a clamp on the bar The top I figured out already just didn't know what the deal was on the bottom. DAMN guess I am going to have to pay a visit to the dealer. Wonder if I can find it in the parts fish.

Hey Curt, just to be sure they also made the bag guards for the tour classic saddlebags and mounts only. That is what I have, and they will not fit the regular Bag mounts. They can be retro fitted as I believe Pop Rivet did a long while back. Just making sure you have the new ones made for the mounts you have and not the tour classics.

Re:Anyone running this bag set up 2 Years, 2 Months ago
Mine are on an 07, They come in my case as two separate parts. One part is the U shape thing on the front that already has holes for the bars that go to the rear around the bags. If you do not buy that part, they come with something to block those holes. If you do buy the Bars that go to the rear, they fit into the front part.

As I remember curt, (Still not home yet) The clamp that goes around the backside is very flimsy in relation to the bar, but they way it works if you should wipe out, the load is on the strong side. I'll get some closer pics if you ask.
