Anybody used this vendor? 5 Years ago

Just looking to see if anyone has dealt with these guys and has either praise or horror stories...they're called Metric Bikes Superstore.

They've got the best price on the jacket I'm looking at. I just wish one of these damn vendors could answer sizing questions. I've heard FirstGear jackets run small, but FirstGear's own (albeit crappy) sizing chart leads me to believe a 2XL Tall would be fine...but I have a Joe Rocket 52/2XL, and I can't even get the damn thing zipped. Every one of these jacket makers seems to have their own different idea about what a damn 2XL is!!!

I hate like hell to have to go through mail order exchanges...
