Plug and play.... Flag Holder....... Hidden, Priceless! I hope you can keep up!
Weight down low is way better than high, High the weight has leverage. With less than 60 Lbs in a bag back there you won't notice anything.

I think it looks very sturdy, well thought out! Not having to weld it to my sub-frame is BIG plus. (I don't weld anymore) Soldering wires.... might get some help with that too. Now I just need to find a new MC Jack, someone stole mine

Curious as to how it's connected to the fender (?). Extended my subframe to ease the wag. Has the potential to add a cross piece for a hitch setup, but I don't know. Might need some external bracing. Gotta be good though as Darn is so persnickety.

Tom, do you have any pictures of how it connects to the sub-frame?

sorry guys for not answering questions sooner, I'm swamped at work. I'll try & answer some Question.(1) The weldment fits inside the sub-frame channels & longer bolts are used to hold it in place. Some trimming of the sub-frame is required so the weldment will fit flush. This can be done with a right angle grinder w/ a cut-off wheel. Could use a hack saw, it'd just take alittle longer. The inner fender also has to be trimmed a little . Mounting tabs are provided & the screws thread thru them into the inner fender. This strenghtens the rear end of the fender. WIRING HARNESS. We're offering plug & play (thanks Paul), but, the harness going to the rear end SHOULD be cut, threaded thru the fender opening (OEM harness) & soldered/ shrink tube sealed. You could route it around the fender, but ? The weldment is made of 1/4" mild steel. The horns are hand cut now, with enough orders, they'll be laser cut Weight: 10 LBS Sub-frame weldment powder-coated black. Like other cargo carriers, max weight should NOT exceed 35 lbs. Note I stood on it & nothing broke/bent
