Exhaust flutter 4 Years, 8 Months ago

The Samson Shotguns on my 06 Silverado have an irritating flutter on decel. I have the Samson baffles installed. Stock carb and airbox. I haven't touched the carb or PMS.

Would taking out the baffles tend to help reduce the flutter? It doesn't sound bad, but I know it can sound so much better.

I'm also thinking about just changing pipes as I haven't been very happy with the Shotguns. The slipon portions have an ever increasing gap between them and the head pipes. Plus, the upper slipon turned gold the first long day after installing the pipes. However, 500 miles in 100 degree heat on the way to Sturgis didn't help matters.

Any ideas on reducing my flutter?
