Re:Exhaust flutter 5 Years ago
My Roadhouse 65 Specials flutter on decel as well, I like the sound, took the baffles out last friday just to hear the difference. Oh my G*( it was brutal. Put them back in, My bike still pops on decel as well, will play with the PMS and probably drop the needle to the third clip....

Post edited by: Teeper, at: 2007/05/25 18:39

I've got the flutter to with the HK K2's. Fiberglass won't help I have home made glasspac baffles and still have the flutter. Haven't figured vout how to stop it yet but no back firing or poping. It doesn't sound to bad.

Check for an exhaust leak around the flange at the header ....if you have no leaks try adjusting your pms and loose the AIS if you still have it and your needle has no affect on decel if thats why you are thinking of moving the clip.....Coug

Post edited by: Cougar, at: 2007/05/25 20:12
