Louisville, KY had the emissions test and the motorcycles had to test as well. The noise they did not care about. As long as you weren't dumping a large amount of unburned hydrocarbons in to the air you were good to go. The emissions testing was halted due to the fact we were in compliance with the federal requirements. This has lasted for about six years and we are still good.

Took mine in back in March here in AZ for the emission test. I had the baffles pulled outta my bike so I just set the idle just low enough that it ran. Sounded like a really old harley on it's last leg. Passed with flying colors. Pulled out of their garage, idled it back up. The inspection guy asked what i was doing, I said tuning it where it actually runs. He just laughed and waved.

I'm glad I'm in Florida we don't have those inspections just gotta worry about cops writing ticks for noise or no baffles I can't remeber wich.

just go to local shop say i need inmspection and he hands me a sticker doesn't get easier than that
