It does not have a reverse, but it does roll easily on a flat service. You learn to park creatively so you don't push up hill. The actual cost of kit, shipping and installation was under 10 grand. Very easy to steer, to easy at first...over the curb, in the ditch and up on the lawn in the first 2 minutes. Now that I am use to it, you can almost steer with a finger on each grip.
