The one that started it all! 1 Year, 12 Months ago
I got a kick out of this posting on craigslist. This is supposedly THE bike that started it all according to the seller. If I understand the add correctly there were only a few made! Proud I got my roadie when I did before Harley took such drastic measures. Just thought I would post this for everyone to read. For it to be THE bike that started it all this has to be a bargain! I wonder if the seller knows these were also built in 1999? Good things Harley nipped it in the bud! Lol enjoy the ad.

What a "Knuckle head" I don't think it looks much like a panhead. if anything it looks more like a evo. Oh well I guess its a case of the misinformed trying to sell to the uninformed. Good luck with that. lol

It being the one that started it all, it's gotta be worth way more than he's asking for it! I like the part about there just being a limited number of them made knowing they are still being built today. Heck if I didn't know any better I would be all over that bike! It should be in a museum somewhere!

Hey Ag, good thing you know your Roadies! You would look silly walking out of a 7-11 and asking someone if that's a '58 panhead you got there?

I dont want to say anything but this guy is confirming hillbilly stereotypes....could he have gotten anything more wrong? Though based on what he listed i should be able to get about $25k for mine.

Any old hippie that knows a pan head also knows a Roadie ain't one!
