Visors and driver back rest 5 Years ago
Hello everyone newbie here. Fantastic site I found a plethora of info as a lurker but haven't seen this posted yet. Where can I purchase visors for 99' Silverado? need them for headlight and light bar lights. I just bought a MINT 99' Silverado with 10K on the odo for $5,000.00! (Hope I did good)and am loving every second on "Bruiser". Oh other than e-bay , where can I pick up a drivers back rest?
Thanks in advance

Welcome oneno

I have Star visors on all my lights. They're made to fit the star so there isn't any rattles and they have the star emblem on them.

Someone will hop in with backrest info.

Curt--

If you do decide to sell your bracket, PM me and let me know...I'm interested. Do you have to have the passenger pillion installed to use the bracket? A couple I've seen require that, and I'm kind of liking the no back seat look now...

This is the back rest that I have on my Road*. It only works with the stock passenger seat. It pushes you forward a bit, but since installing it my arse never goes numb anymore.. Well worth a try before spending 6 or 7 hundred on a seat you may not like.

Oh yea,, I swapped the pad send with the back rest. I put the larger one on the passenger and the smaller one for me its softer...
Don't tell my lady...

Curt, where were you last year when I needed one....

I know he is making a killing and someone with machining skills could make their own for half the price.. But its still not a bad deal compared to the other back rest..

I have the Utopia Driver Backrest and love it. Makes all the difference in comfort. Completly adjustable, folds down for the passenger, and hey, my wife loves the detachable purse. I also have the Star visors. When you install them wrap any metal to metal part in a good vinyl electrical tape or they will rattle. Got everything on ebay.
