I have a Mustang seat, and my wife doesn't like it, she says there is to much room between us and she is just uncomfortable with it.

We all come in all shapes and sizes. Try them out if you can before you commit. Extremely happy with my Ultimate. Lower and forward... very comfortable.

Okay, based on your responses I ordered the Mustang studded classic with driver back rest from JP cycles. I have a question in regards to mounting those seat. Does the seat come off with the inanition key latch like the stock seat? And I read that it is a taller seat, how much taller? I'm 5' 7" and have a 30" inseam I was hoping I could still be flat footed on the ground!

Thanks again for all you assistance.

I have the Baron DT risers on my 07 RS, but don't like them and will be going back to the stock set-up. I be selling the risers in 2 weeks if you are interested.

I have a Mustang seat on my 07 my only complante about the seat is it pushed me forward a little. I looked at the Ultimate seat even tried one out on my bike at Stardays in 09 but couldn't justifie the extra money at the time. I would choose the Ultimate seat if I could do it again.

YA it comes off with the key just like the stock seat does. The passengers seat is connected to the drivers so it comes off as one unit.
