#305682 Starkruzen (User) Starkruzen Platinum Boarder Posts: 1460 New pipes on order 1 Year, 9 Months ago   Been looking hard for some good sounding pipes that would capture the deep mellow sound of a large V-Twin without the need of major modifications of carb and breather and won't break the bank. I was interested in the V&H Powershots until I ran across these cobra slip PBS. Take a look and tell me what you think. You will need to block or remove the AIS to keep them from popping, but other than that you should be good. I've never been a fan of Cobra slip-ons (sorry those who run them). Look on Ebay. He's replacing them partly because they are too loud. Loud enough under throttle, but tolerable while cruising at normal throttle. I don't think they're too loud.
