If yours is a 1600 (pre-2004), you have slightly longer legs per gear. If you are in an area where 55 is the limit and you adhere to it you may find yourself stuck between gears more often than you'd like. One solution is going with a smaller front sprocket. Different sizes are available, maybe one from a newer bike would suit you (32 tooth vs 33) or you can find them at 31 or 30 in the aftermarket. Going smaller may slightly alter fuel economy, but give you batter accelleration and a more suitable cruising rpm...
