What size bearings does it have and did it come with a rotor?
If it has 3/4" bearings, I'd go the cyberchef way for simplicity. Heck, even with the 1" bearings I'd almost go his way.
If it doesn't already have a rotor on it, you can get one of the fancy Harley polished ones, or get a Harley to Yamaha rotor adapter from RC Components or someone else (can't remember who the other mfg. is right now).
Can't find cyberchef's website right now. I'll keep looking.

i have a 21X3 front and nothing had to be changed (other then spacers/axle since i was using hd style rims). the skinner tire does look alitle funny in the wide fender, but oh well.

Here ya go.... the fender is 6 in wide at the mount points and the OEM is 8 in wide so you will need 1 in spacers on each side to mount. It is 30 in long from tip to tail.

You mentioned 3 spoke so you've already ruled our the raider front wheel?

I recently just bought a Stratoliner/Roadliner front wheel. It's 18 inches in dia. It will bolt right up even using the rotors from my stock cast 16 inch wheel.
