The old adage for strangers at our Marina is, "If you are found around here at night, you WILL be found around here in the morning"

Or, you could call AgPilot and have him do a fly by

You guys have a great problem to deal with. I had a neighbor that was so bad a judge granted me a restraining order against him. Haven't ever met a brand of douchebag like him before and I sure don't hope I meet one again.

ROFLMAO!

That is exactly how I feel about idiots like that, and up here in NH, we do practice it like a religion, our state motto should be changed to,
live free or die, just don't live free off me, I'll feed you all the lead or knuckles you can eat for free

I used to work with a guy that was totally aggravated with his BIL and his stories would have my blood boiling. My friend would go to his barn to get his tractor and end up finding it sitting where his BIL had broken it days earlier and left it... or find his chainsaw on his BIL's back porch with fence wire wrapped up in the clutch. He put up with it for his wife's sake but even I wanted to strangle him.

Your side of the garage? Do you share a common garage. I have a guy I used to work with a gagrage on the property line that he and his neighbor shares. I guess it was common practice in some areas long ago. Hopefully your talkin about a condo or somrthing where your garages share a common wall but are separate. Sorry but I would have told him to take his $10 and march his ass down and replace it with a new one. Now you gotta waste your time running around. Sorry, this wouldn't work in my world.

So I go out and pay $9.50 a quart for this oil, I have 4 of them sitting in my half of the garage waiting for my next Oil change. My neighbor pops the plug on his air compressor and looses all the oil. He see's the oil on the shelf on my side of the garage and helps himself.

I go to get the oil for the oil change today, and one of the quarts is about 3/4 gone. I freaked out! I thought, maybe it has a whole in the container... nope...did it spill out... nope... I find the cap lose and then I know it was USED by someone.

I knock on his door.... "Hey, did you use my oil?" Him... Yeah, I didn't think you would mind... then I told him what kind of oil it was and how much it costs... he handed over the $10 for another Qt.

OK, we share a garage, it's his garage. It's a two car with a shop upstairs. I do absentee home care, and I take care of peoples homes while they are gone (lots of snow birds up here). He also has another home up north near where he works, so I take care of his lawn and snow, he let's me use 1/2 of the garage. On the wall in the garage, there is a big shelf unit that I put up. I had other oil on the shelf as well, some cheap Quaker State, and even about 2 qts of regular Mobile one in a 5qt container that he could have used.

Because I had 4 quarts of the same thing on the shelf, easy to see, he thought I must of had extras and took one (he was in a pinch, needed some oil quick). But all said and done, he did give me the money (I didn't have time for him to go shop for some, I needed it first thing the next morning).

Now, my tools??? The ones I keep in the garage.... yep, he uses them all the time, but he does put them back when he's done, most of the time.

Why didn't you tell us that in the first place, puts a whole new light on the subject, If it's his garage and he lets you use it, He feels entitled to anything in the garage.........
