I have the cure for people who trespass on your property. Neighbors always ask permission, Trespassers never ask! So here is a little sign I have on my shed and just inside the gate in my drive way.

Why didn't you tell us that in the first place, puts a whole new light on the subject, If it's his garage and he lets you use it, He feels entitled to anything in the garage.........[/quote]

I let my friend store his bike in my garage over the winter, I wouldn't just take it for a ride cause I felt entitled. If it's not yours, ask. It's simple manners which most of us learned growing up and a lot of young punks need to learn these days!

The hole thing wouldn't have been so bad if he would have just taken the el'cheap-o Quacker State, I wouldn't have even cared then.

I guess I'm pretty lucky in regards to my garage I can leave it open with all my tools out and noone would touch them. Of course I have about 400lbs of dogs that run loose in the back yard where my garage is. I got a great Dane a Rott a cur dog and a mutt. If someone tried getting into my garage the biggest issue I got is not stepping in them on my way to the garage.
