Anyone know where I can find a stator at a reasonable price. I know there are better than stock stators out there.

depends on the yrs of bike. 99 to 04 uses a 21amp stator and 05 and up use a 29amp stator. there are no after market rated higher than 29amps. However if you up-grade from a 21amp to a 29amp you will need to up -grade the rec/reg as well
