+1 more on Progressive. My wife had an accident on her Buell. Fractured wrist, lost of bruises and roadburn. Total medical was around 4K. Once I contacted them they assigned a case manager that stayed on top of everything. They were actually calling me. They paid everything according to the terms of the contract. Nothing but good to say about Progressive. This was a starter bike for her and we only had liability on it. I cannot say how fair they would be on repairing/replacing the hardware.

Dairyland here. About $130/year. But I've only got liability. I guess in my case it's more important what insurance the guy who hits me has!!!

My home and cars are with Allstate. They insured the bike liability and towing for $90.

I've got State Auto. Haven't had to make a bike claim, but I got run off the highway in my truck by an un-insured driver & they took care of me. I'm VERY pleased

Progressive Ins for all my Vehicles. They pay up pretty quick. I had an accident on my Roadstar and they covered everything!!!

I'd have to say Progressive as well, always on the ball and made sure the bike was in tip-top shape after the work was complete!

I had Am Family on my bike the first year I had it next premium was $100 more the 2nd year. Contacted progressive and have been with them ever since. Prem has gone down every year without a claim and policy covers all extras on bike, bags, windshield and passenger. I have more than the min required in MN. my coverage is 100/300/100. Have not had a claim but have had m/c accident many years ago but only had libility on the bike, it was OLD and not worth much to anyone but me. There are two kinds of riders, those that have had a accidnet and those that will have an accident!!! RIDE SAFE!!!

This should make most of youse guys feel better ...

Progressive 100/300BI, 50k PD, 25k Med, 250k($250de/20%copay) Pedestrian PIP, $100d on coll & comp w/ 3k accessory Coverage = $565/year in South Jersey.

Having gone down twice with Liability only and a brother that's a broker justified the full coverage.

Had Progresseve, no claims, switched to Foremost (via AARP) who beat their price. Pay $200 per year, full coverage, live in Californa. If I continueed my uninsured motorist coverage the cost would double to 400 per year.
