Indian Envy 1 Year, 7 Months ago
Is it just me or do others see it,, When gazing at my R* I get these visions of an Indian somewhere in there,, not so much an older one or even a Gilroy,, but more like the current line,, but then that might mean I see a Roadstar beneath the New Indian

Almost bought a Vulcan Drifter when I was looking for another bike after my V-Star. Love the looks of the Indian. 'Course after running the R* now I'm hooked.

Hey Coalstoves
I used to think so but I have parked next to a 2010 chief several times at a local watering hole..I like it alot but I don't see so much in common when parked side by side.
The Chief owner did something that I do not agree with. He took all of the fringes off the bike...to me that is part of the Indian coolness.
Maybe he wants it to look like a Roadstar

Stoves-I'm with you on this- I see Indian more than HD. It's a big part of the appeal to me. A RS with fringes is the best!

Not sure I'd want to infringe or copy cat on the Indian Brand,, but I would like to capture that semblance of nostalgia they create .

Here in our area there is an amusement park called Knoebels Grove they have this set of Bumper cars that I have rode since the days when I had to sit in my fathers lap and a couple of months ago me and the nephew were raising hell on them,, they have won all kinds of awards over the years for BEST Bumper Cars, they are all big and bulbous, very heavy, hints of chrome,, you just know they are from way back when .

That’s what I like
