does anyone know who re-laces spoke wheels, i have an 01 roadstar midnight star with spoke wheel and would like to have spoke replaced with stainless steel or something other than stock so they don't rust

im takin my spokes out this winter so i can powdercoat my rims and was talkin to the local dealership and he told me they would do it, put them in and true them up. so mabey check your local dealership.

You might want to do it yourself. The first time takes awhile but it isn't that bad. You'll need a spoke torque wrench to do it right and you'll need it again after about 600 miles so the spokes can be retorqued.

A couple of jack stands and a large wooden dowel can be used to true the wheel. I got mine within .015" that way.

The trick is to tighten the spokes only a little at a time.
