Scary story but glad that you are ok. The idiots were out in abundance yesterday. Leaving a red light going straight across an intersection, a red car across the intersection facing me . We left the light at the same time, he abrubtly turned in front of me causing me to lock down brakes just in time not to hit his front fender.
I had to go around a 3 block area with heavy traffic to try and find him , all the while trying to keep my cool. I could not find him....Just as well,I got to ride in the back of a police car about a year ago for confronting an agrressive driver.
Again ,glad your ok.

Trob,i am so glad you came out of that scarry situation ok ,good thing you had the sence,quick reflex,and riding skill to avoid T boning the car .

All things considered the bike doesn't sound to be damaged as bad as it could have been too/PHEW!!!

Good News - You survived what could've been a major accident w/o too much bodily injury and the bike didn't end up too bad either.

Bad News - There is no 'off season' in Sun Diego.

Good News - Ya can always get yer riding fix with Tabatha's scoot until you get yours back together.

Better News - File your own accident report and then a Careless Driving complaint against her (I'd wait until the 29th of the 30 days to do so) and after her conviction, file a claim with her insurance company. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Damm Tommy, Glad your ok! I'm sure your sore today. Seems to me that if that person was so sure of what happened she would have stopped to check on you. If you need a new bell hollar and I'll send you one.

PS,the officer should have filled out a report and listed her information in the statement section as a contributing factor to
the accident. The 911 tape can be supeonaed to hear what she called in.
