ok so as many of you know i have a roadstar that im giving a facelift after the p o dumped her. so i was so happy that the new heatshields from v&h came in only to open the box and see 3 of the four shields i ordered and of course the packing slip says 2 header shields and one muffler shield. what the  . i only waited 5 weeks for the things because they are made to order and not just sittin on a shelf. come on V&H! |

Thats frustrating. When I ordered my V and H Longshots a couple of months back, I opened up the box and the flanges and some of the hardware were missing. Sloppy work I say.

V&H is seriously over-rated & over-priced.
Their customer service doesn't exist.

yea. it is hear but i have a trip planed to go see my friend in GA haven't seen him in over 1 year. we were gunna put on some serious miles while i was down there
