There's always some listed on ebay. Right now they are running $100 to $125. Depends on what you consider cheap.

Hey bru I am looking at the Russell seat too. Have you set on one before? Is it as comfortable as it looks? Are you going to get both Rider and Passenger seat? I was told the next run was going to be in late Sept. What have you heard?

I haven't even seen one before. I did do a lot of research, read a lot of reviews,
and have called the company. Very nice lady (Heather). Answered all my questions. She is sending me samples so I can choose the color I like.
Normally I would not put out this kind of money for something SAT unseen, but the guarantee is great. A year to decide if it's right for me. They ask for 2 chances to correct whatever I might not like, but then money back. I would lose shipping costs would be the worse. I am planning on ordering the whole shabang, front, rear, driver's backrest, two tone, studs, passenger backrest covered, and of course the removable purse(not an option according to my wife ). $940.00 for all. They are booked till September but I'm not in a hurry.

I have the stocker off my 03. Make me a fair offer. It got pulled when the bike was 2 weeks old, and a Yamaha Dual tour was installed.

I am gonna give my opinion on this one

NO matter what you do...if yer building a seat on top of the FLIMSY
ABS stock seat pan yer fightin a losin battle ...too much flex to allow shock thru to yer tailbone..the biggest reason the stocker is so bad...and adding more foam or whatever is not goin to do it....

You must build the seat onto a sturdy fibreglass or metal seatpan..period

Post edited by: Pop Rivet, at: 2007/07/13 18:00

If you (or anyone else for that matter) still need a stock front seat, let me know, I put on an Ultimate and I'll never go back. Make me an offer. Thanks - Rod.
