I think if I had I would have shipped it back to the US. Yamaha Venture. I paid $400 for it about 2 years ago now. Second gear was stripped, none of the lights worked, and no idea how many miles she had on her. The odometer was stuck at 57k and change. She had been sitting in a shed for a couple years, but after a lot of cleaning and a few new wires, she would turn right right over, all of her lights worked, and she taught me the love of riding. Still had to double shift from 1st to 3rd though. Got my first bike, a 1986 Honda XR250l, which I also paid for, in '88. I really loved that bike. Got the speed bug in 1996 and bought a new Suzuki RF600R. Kept it for a little over a year and traded it for a ski boat.
