1968 Harley 125 Rapido. The local Harley Dealer, Pierce HD, bought it wrecked and put a solo seat, chrome bobbed fender, knobby tires, and an expansion chamber. The neighbors hated it. It was a blast.

Re:Your first motorcycle...... 2 Years, 3 Months ago
My grandfather had an old Yamaha enduro bike that I learned to ride on out at the airport hangar when I was bout 15... Then my mom got a Kawasaki 305 streetbike that I rode around on the dirt roads during high school. When I graduated college I bought a Yamaha YZ250 and did some cross-country racing with my uncle but had a pretty bad wreck and sold it the next day. I then moved up to a new 2001 Yamaha R6 and had it until I found out my wife was pregnant with our first child, so I sold it because I thought it was the best thing to do. 2 years later I bought a Yamaha 600r and kept it until it started hurting my back on any kind of longer rides, so I traded it in on my new 2007 Midnight Roadstar and I couldn't be happier... I DO however see a goldwing as my future bike, but that's gonna be a few years down the road.

My first and the only other bike I have owned was a 1985 Yamaha XV1000 Virago. Great bike. I rode it until just more than a year ago when I bought my roadstar. Bike had about 60K on it when I sold it and I'm sure is still going strong for the young lady that bought it from me.

I still have my first bike. 1982 Yamaha XJ1100. Damn that thing is fun to ride. I bought my R* so I could start a full restore of the XJ but the * is so fun to ride I haven't gotten to rebuilding yet.

My first bike was a 1975 TR140 Bonneville on a hard tail Jammer frame with a 16 over springer. Bought it as a basket. It was a fun build and a blast to ride

Re:Your first motorcycle...... 2 Years, 3 Months ago
A sears mini bike that I rode even in winter, then I had a Bridgestone 100. I rode my brother's 350 Bridgestone some and he let me ride his 500 suzuki. I then had a 500 honda dirt bike but didn't like the kick start, then 2 kids and started my business. Then in Sept. of 2009 I bought my 2000 Road Star and I am as happy as hog with a fresh ear of corn!

Besides the numerous sears mini bikes, my first real bike was a 1976 YAMAHA DT 125 now that bike was the real deal
