Can I put in the gas tank more than once, and how long do I have to run it?

Kinda depends on how much you want to put in.....when I feel the need for Sea Foam I usually just take the bottle with me and pour "some" (which usually amounts to about half a bottle) in when I fill up, run the poop out of her and maybe do it again. Then I wait a month or so and do it all over again. Seems to work for me.....haven't had any signs of SVS for years now.

I keep SeaFoam, BG 44K and StarTron on hand. I use an ounce (or 2) of StarTron in every tank to guard against ethanol issues and an ounce or 2 of 44K or Seafoam every tank or so to keep the combustion chamber clean. They all do similar things, but hey, I like chemistry!

Jet your bike right and you shouldn't need to use anything but maybe once a year.

a lot of us R* types use SeaFoam. good stuff. i use 2 or 3 ounces in the gas tank about every 750-1,000 miles. sometimes more, sometimes less. no big deal, but it seems to help the bike. runs better and doesn't knock or make any noise. it is an intangible - some guys swear by the stuff, some swear at it. what can i say? i spent a few years as an aircraft mechanic, and so my opinion is semi-educated. give it a try, and over some time it may be of value to you and to your bike. the "real" experts will tell you that "additives" are not necessary. they could be right, but it SEEMS to make my bike run better . . . . . and, for what it is worth, i use Mobil One 20W50 VTwin oil and WalMart filters - but then, who knows what is best?

if you think you have a dirty carb, just dump half the can in fill with gas and ride it hard. you might have a littel white smoke, but when the trash breaks loose HANG ON she'll run great

I've been putting an ounce a gallon (about every 3 months)in my Venture for years and the first thing I did when I got this R* was put some in it. It's good stuff.

Sure is. I rejetted my carb in December and the first thing I noticed was that my float bowl was clean after 50,000+ miles.
