I have changed careers 5 time in my life. I went from $42k a year at Frito Lay to $9 an hour when I got into computers. Now I am retired on SS and on poor street. Jobs are really hard to find and if your old like me even harder. I did oen a beer (or 6) last night and celebrated(?). Curt, I know where you're coming from with all the life careers....I've had 5 different careers so far, but I'm only 59 so there could be another one or possibly two before I retire. I just wish this stinking weather would get nicer......very chilly and rain, but we need the rain to wash the sand off the road. I know how it is,in January I lost my job of 13 years due to the fact the plant I worked at is shutting down and moving to Mexico.
