Gold Boarder Posts: 764 New spring arrived! 4 Years, 10 Months ago   Just had my new progressive spring delivered from Looney (with the loaner spring removal tool) and I'm ready to tear into my baby once again. Calling for rain the next couple of days, so perfect time to be fixing stuff. I did the flip a few months back, turned up the preload all the way and have been fine for solo riding (as you can see I'm set up for), but my wife and son have been bugging me to go for a ride so I finally broke down and ordered the spring. I'll let everyone know how it works. I'm actually in the process of finding a studded pillion that goes with the stock seat. Everything is too thick or only goes with the matching solo seat from that vendor. Doc If a woman needs a wider seat than OEM, I need a narrower woman! Your right thou...short trips only.
