Been looking for a R* for quite some time. Finally found exactly what I wanted. 2009 S model still in the crate. Will take delivery soon. Let the wish-list (and questions) begin.

I remember when I bought " BigRed ". Couldn`t find a decent deal here in Vegas....
Flew to Los Angeles, took a taxi to LA Yamaha in Marina Del Rey.She had "0" miles on the
OD.Drove her back to Vegas.Varied my speed best I could, first stop at 70 miles.Was going through
the gas(like 2/3 of a tank).Had a very long Breakfast to let her cool completely
down.Filled up and the fuel consumption settled right down.Over 300 miles the first day.
Have over 27K now...
