Anyone running an Adjure headlight? 1 Year ago

If so how is the quality. I was thinking about a 7 inch direct replacement for the stock lens.
What is the difference between wave cut, diamond cut and pie cut?
Is any one better than the other or are they just decorative looks?
How about blue dots and black dots? What is the difference between them? Do they make the color of the headlight "light" a different tint or shade when on?
Just came across their selection of lights and really think they make the headlight look more modern and sharp.
Thoughts?

I had one on my 1997 Royal Star. Had the bike several years with no problem. Quality is good.

I have had the Diamond Ice Cut for a few years. Much better looks than the stock light. Not sure I can say it is any brighter. Only downside is that you can not go above a 55/60 watt bulb without damaging the housing. I wanted to go with a PIAA Powersports H4 Xtreme White Plus Anti-Vibration Bulb , but it has too much wattage. If I am wrong, someone please correct me.

I don't know the difference between diamond or wave. I bought the wave with the matching spots. I think they look great. But the big benefit was the amount of light they throw out. I got them for their looks but should have gotten them for the extra light that they make. Wow!
This is the one I have.

I can't find any info if there is any difference in light output or pattern with the different cuts (pie, diamond or wave) I will have to guess they are just a design look preference.
How about the black dot vs. the blue dot? Does it make the color of the beam different or is it just another decorator touch for when the light is off?

I run one with a blue dot. The light is considerably better than the stock bulb, and the blue dot is only decorative as best I can tell.
I bought it only because of the tri-bar and blue dot look... I had NO idea it would provide better and safer lighting too!

Wave, diamond, pie, are just different styles of reflector. they don't function different, but they are cosmetically different. Same with the blue/black dots, just cosmetics. I ran the setup on my 97 royal star and loved the additional light output. and come on, it looks so much cooler than the fluted stock lens!!
