17 out of 23 days of rain, wind and general crap weather this month so far. Ninety sounds about right to me.

You guys wouldn't ride much here in Texas except for mkayx and not sure how he would take the humidity at 105.

Humidity Whats that We dont have that down here on the gulf coast.

I find as it warms up if you ride often you get use to it and don't suffer too much. It does cause lots more stopping for ice cream or refreshments which also adds to gaining more weight. Good thing we have all that TQ on the R*

I think we're probably in for a pretty brutal summer. The weather patterns are so f'ed up the past few months. Brutal winter, brutal spring with tornadoes and nonstop rain like we've never seen before... only stands to reason that summer will be like summer x4.

i ride all year but i have to admit it kinda sucks when it is 110 or above,in the summer there are times when it is 90 at midnight.

Gotta agree with Robert on this one, it does kind of suck when it's 110 or higher. My ride home everyday in the summer is right into the sun and when it's 110 out I am one hot mess when I get home. Right into the pool, but in August the pool water is 90 too.

Wisconsin...ugh! We only get a handful of 90+ degree days per year. I love riding in the heat as long as I don't have to stop for too long. But I can't take the cold. Plus with all the salt on the roads in the winter, black ice, etc. I just won't ride in the cold. Come on summer!!

Here, in SE New England, we see some 90 degree stuff once in awhile in the Summer... by 92 or 93, I call it quits!

I was just thinking the same thing. I'm just a bit north of Albany NY and a 90 degree day is a once in a while thing. When it gets that hot the only thing you can do is find a bar with AC.

Here in the summer, it consistently reaches 110 daily. On days like that, I'll wear heavy jeans, microfiber thermal underneath, an undershirt, tee shirt, long sleeves shirt and my heavy leather jacket with sleeves and front zipped open. Think it's crazy, think again...all these clothes allow me to sweat, but retain moisture and the air blowing in keeps me cool. this strategy has worked well for me for many years. I've seen enough bikers get heat strokes here in summer from under-dressing and under hydrating(only wearing tee shirt, shorts and a vest.

Today in the Carolina's, it'll be in the 90's. I'm sorry but that's not comfortable riding weather. The bike and chrome gets hot and I start sweating rain. But what's the point of owning if you're not going to ride.

Start earlier That's what I do Out about 6:30/7:00 ride till about 12:30/1:00 when it really starts to get hot . Couse we don`t have the humidity some of you guys do out there. Under 10% most of the time here . 90 deg. fine riding weather. When it starts pushing 103 t0 110, not much fun...
