I have a Kisan modulator and it works great. It plugs right to the back of the headlight bulb no wire splicing involved to install it.

I also have a Kisan 10WD tail light bulb that I can't use if anyone is interested I'll let it go cheap. It replaces a 1157 brake light bulb and flashes when you apply your brake then go to a steady light.
