Enough about me busting your chops for a free meal (you read the post right?). I'm curious what jetting do you run out there. I'm coming that way in less than a month, and was wandering what our jetting differences are. Not that I would necessarily rejet for a short trip,(wouldn't) but I could tell a power difference at 6,500 ft. a few weeks ago in the upper Carolina's , so what will 12,000 ft be like? if it were a matter of just tweeking the PMS some, I'll carry the screwdriver. Just curious, let me know. BB

BB-

Well, JUST for the record, I had replied that fateful "Night of Transition" when several post simply vanished. Said I think it'd be great to meet up for a ride or something. Just let me know when you're coming through!

By then I should have my fuel pump off...we'll see if I can kep up!

And as far as a 12,000 foot drive, I've never been up thst high on the bike...not sure WHAT to tell you. I'm running the DJ 175 main, stock pilot, needle on 4th clip & PMS & 2.5 at 7,000 ft ASL and have no problems.

Cool, I won't be rolling in by myself, so I'll have to make sure the others don't care. Don't think I would be able to ride so-much, maybe grab a meal. As it looks right now, it would be in the evening, and we'd still try to be reaching Pagosa springs that night (500 mile days). If it looks like it's gonna work, I'll definitely keep you informed. BB

BTW jetting sounds close to mine , If you rode it near sea-level, you'd probably wet your pants. BB
