And everything about them 11 Months ago   I will go 21 inch this winter but take a cheaper route. I have an old roadstar frontwheel, I cut out the spokes, buy a 21 inch rim, have the hub and rim powdercoated black and then get new spokes. In this case you dont have to do anything to your brakes or axle.
