I go 260 miles to drive home. I think I could easily double that.

630 miles is my record, maybe a tad over but that's what it is to Spearfish SD. And I hated it, must have been the company or the pace cause when I got my RS I had two 500 mile days to get home and it wasn't that bad

If the motel reservations are taken care of and I can spend a bit of "butt relief" time along the way, I usually shut it down around 500 to 600 miles. Stopping for fuel is a great time to take a walk, stretch a little, get the GoldBond powder out for the twins (oh yeah baby!)and hit it for another 160 miles.

If it's a rush trip and quick fuel-ups it's hard for me to get in more than 350 miles.

The backrest and the sheepskin/memory foam/gel seat pad helps out too.

I ride my roadie to Sturgis but stay in Belle Fourche,SD been riding the roadie since I got it in 2002. My place to Belle Fourche not using the interstate 610 miles, do it in one day, leave early get there about 7-8pm which leaves some time to put up the tent and relax. Bike loaded with all my stuff, have stock seat but use a sheepskin for my poo-poo which cuts down on swamp ass and numb butt. Had an 83 Venture, could only ride for about an hour then had trouble walking once I got off. Roadie gives me plenty of room to strech out and I can do 610 miles and still walk without limping.

Did about 450 from Eureka Springs Arkansas (fall M&G) to Lincoln IL. last September. Might have been even longer because of the goat trail I dropped the bike on leaving Eureka Springs..
