It's the Dual Touring Seat made by Corbin. Even though Yami doesn't offer it any more, Corbin still sells it. I used to have one with both backrests and the chrome rail made for it, but I got short on cash when I was unemployed and sold it...wish I still had it. Enjoy it--it's firm but comfortable! RK
