Take your seat off. You'll notice the frame goes up to form a mounting point for the rear fender, Dehorning is the removal of these two pieces. You need to fab a new fender and support. Not for the feint of heart and you can't go back. Doc

Well, I decided to give it some time to get used to again after having the Looney on for a year. The stocker with the floorboard ext's is pretty comfortable No pushing back looking for leg room which is what I think the problem was with the boards in the stock location. Just got back from a couple hour ride and it was great.
