Engine swap? 1 Year, 9 Months ago
Has anybody considered or do they know if the XV1900 engines will fit in the R*? I think it would be a real kicker to drop the 105 hp Warrior engine in the R*. I tried to check and see if the engine case numbers were the same part number and of course they weren't. But that doesn't mean the mounts are all that different. I might expect a little welding here and there but not that much.

Doesn't the warrior have the same engine we do and the Raider has the 1900?

No and yes.

The warrior motor is similar displacement, but internals are not the same. 1900 is raider, roadliner and stratoliner.

You are correct sir! I think the main difference between the two engines (Warrior and R*) is the warrior has TWO throttle bodies instead of just one, or am I mistaken?(And a higher compression ratio)
