Man, I remember back in the mid and late 60's 7 Months, 3 Weeks ago
when the only time you heard the word "Mod" was when you were watching the Mod Squad on TV, ya walk into an HD shop, more times than not, just a converted gas station, and ya found the naked girl calendars on the walls, a few mechanics in dirty jeans and doorags worken their asses off and if you were lucky, a free cup of coffee, if you had a question about a problem you were haven with your scoot, they would actually pay attention and give ya the best advice they could, it was when ya did something different and brought your ride in that they stood up and paid attention, gave ya a warm fuzzy feeling...still does, long live mods

Reminiscing mate, I remember those times too. If I had a problem with my car and the mechanic was too busy they'd offer the hoist or space in the garage for me to do my own repairs.

Hey Jona. Thanks for the walk down memory lane. Those were sure good memories. I haven't done well converting to the current times. I still think of blackberry as something for the wife to bake with and blue tooth as something to see the dentist about.

the thing about nostalgia is you don't remember the bad times...its always good to remember the 60's but I remember having to run from the police down south just cause my hair was long...Woodstock? I had my best friend sitting in three days of mud and me sitting in jail after being beat by the cops...the sixties had its good parts but also the bad...by 71 I was sitting in ricepaddie land!!!
