Hi Guys, Boy, am I sorry I ever started this 50MPG thing. The bike was new, had about 1800 miles on it, drove it from here(southport nc) to myrtle beach. Drove like a lil ole lady, Since then I drive it like a road*, and it seems to get about 44-45.Moral of the story is that like a car, if you drive it like that proverbial ole lady from Passedena you seem to get in the fourties, like Grandma Clampet and its a lil better.

I don't get 50 MPG very often but I can. I average about 45. and I can get as low as 35. It just depends on how you wind it out. The 2 times I have gotten 50 is in the moutains taking it easy while taking pictures, but 50 can be achieved if thats what you want to get, but its not average for me.
